hello! can anyone give me an idea on whats the best transportation to take from hongkong disneyland hotel to ramada hotel kowloon? thanks

Take the free hotel shuttle service or walk to Disneyland MTr Station to take special disney line to Sunny Bay first. Then change to Tung Chung Line to Kowloon Station. Get out from Exit C and take bus 110, off at Hong Kong Science Museum, Chatham Road South. The Ramada hotel is just nearby the bus station.
