Is it a good time to visit Shanghai on end of Feb?

It would be a little cold then, better make your visit to there later time, such as March or April, it would be much warmer at that time.

I think it's a good time to visit China on Feberay.Because China Spring Festival is on 2rd Febberay.You can enjoy the atmosphere of the new year .
