Making enquir on behalf of my passport. I went to china last year 2009 and gave my passport to a chinese visa agent to extend my visa, my visa left 7 days at that time to expire, after 7 days i called him he said to me don't worry don't worry and i waited and waited no reply and i can't get him on phone, than after a month he returned my passport and said to me sorry i can't help you... Than i went to guangzhou {china immgrations} to ask them what to do, they said i must pay fine, which i did, on nov 2009. than i asked them if i can still come back to china? He said yes but after 6 months later, than i came back to nigeria last year nov 2009, till may 2010 this year, i went back to china with a new nigerian passport, and entry from beijing port, after 30 days i came back to my country from guangzhou port. Then reaching last week, 31 oct 2010, i went to china again, with the same passport i used to traveled to china this year on the may 2010. getting to beijing port, china immgrations took all nigerian passport holders, and they found out my picture, that i have paid fine before, but they didn't tell me, i was thinking maybe, and they said to others go into china and said to me that i must go back to nigeria, then i asked them why, on what's reason? They said to me no reason, and i ask and asked, they refused to tell me and sent me back to nigeria last week, 31 oct 2010. so please tell me what to do? because i want to go back to study chinese language in shanghai. And i want to use the same passport, and i don't want to change my name or to use another passport. I want to use nigerian passport because it's my country's passport.
