is jacket enough in beijing on feb 17 - 21?

Im going to beijing with my mom and dad on Feb 17-21, 2011.  Is it cold there?  Is jacket enough to wear during that time?  Please advise us.  Thank you.

Hi, it is still cold in Beijing at that time. It may has snow and ice since the temperature can be under zero. Thus, you need to take warm winter clothes like overcoat/sweater, downcoat and boots.
