About:Hong Kong Travel

I have a 12 hour layover and then a 7 hour layover in hong kong and would like to try to see some sights. I thought I would like to see the buddha in lantau park and I wonder if I would have time to travel to kowloon tsim sha tsui market. Are these reasonable plans or do you recommend something else?

You want to go Big Buddha and TST both in 7 hours? I think it is possible. You can take bus S1 from airport to Tung Chung (15 minutes), then take Ngong Ping 360 to Ngong Ping (20 minutes or so single way). 1-1.5 hours is enough at the Buddha. Then back to Tung Chung, take MTR to TST. It takes 40 minutes to Tsim shs Tsui from Tung Chung. On your way back, you can get to Kowloon Station by bus or taxi, then take airport express which takes only 25 minutes back to the airport. You can plan your time on each place according to my information.

Are you sure if it's possible to visit Ocean Park, The Peak, and Wan Chai in one day? I really wanna try the peak tram and playing around Ocean Park. I'm going to visit Shenzhen for two days before staying in Hong Kong, I probably going to shop around in Stanley Market, Ladies Market, Times Square, and some mall. I hope the time is enough..

It is a regular one-day tour to visit Ocean Park in the morning to early afternoon and then back to Wan Chai and the Peak. However, if you would like to stay a little longer at Ocean Park and do shopping in Wan Chai, I think the time will be urgent. So, pelase delay the Peak to another day.
