About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

i went to taiwan in 1995 and still keeping my old passport bearing my visa to ROC. there is a stamp there and over the stamp is some kind of a sticker, transparent. is that what you mean by STICKER?

please advice.

Yes, but here the sticker is for those to mainland China only.
