I am a yemeni student here in malaysia an i would like to visit china in this december 2010 as a tourism but i don't know where can i get the visa is it from here (( malaysia)) or from china ?

you can apply for a visa to China from Chinese visa application service center in Malaysia. The detail requirements are as follows:
1. Original passport remaining to be valid for at least six months from the date of application and with sufficient blank visa pages.
2. One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo stuck on it;
3. the original and a copy of his or her permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least half a year;
4. Hotel reservation and return ticket.
