About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Hi!!
I would like to ask a question, when i come to apply for a chinese visa do i have to bring an reservation of the flight? i can't d my visa first then buy my ticket?

You'd better bring the return ticket to the embassy when drop your visa application there, together with a bank certificate that prove you can cover all the expenditure to travel in China.

All answers of your questions about Travel from B > China
are on internetsite of the embassy of Belgium Beijing.
When I came to China I didn´t need airplane ticket by dropping visa application in Brussels and also didn t need bank certificates...
