About:China Visa Application in USA

I'm here in oman now how can i go to china for tuorist do i need visa. but how somebody told me you can get visa upon to arrival is that true specially that you are another country. i am from philippines.

No, you can not get a visa upon arrival, you need to apply it in advance through a Chinese embassy/consulate or a visa office. BTW, if you are not work or live permanently in Oman, you are required to apply from Philippines.
