Hi, does anyone know if you can purchase the Octopus pass at the Hong Kong International Airport? or is it best for me to buy it online?

Yes, you could purchase the Octipus card once arrive at Hong Kong Airport. The service counter is set close to platform of the Airport Express, which you could find esily.
