How do get to Harbor City from our hotel BP Int'l?What time is best to go to Tung Chung?Disney?

You can walk from BP International to Harbour City. If you want to go shopping at Tung Chung, you'd better go there when it is opened, if you want to take Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car, you should get there when the cable car is opened.
