Hi,I am a visitor in Malaysia but I plan to visit China shortly. I have a UK passport but am resident in France. Can I apply for Chinese Visa through you, and is there an expedite procedure?

You can't apply for China visa in Malaysia because an applicant holding a passport other than Malaysian passport should provide the original and a copy of his or her permanent residence or work permit which should be valid for at least half a year (except for those who are visa or permit exempt for residing or working in the Malaysia).
