About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am from Philippines and have been working in Shanghai for 4 years, having different work visas before, now I returned to Philippines. I am now applying for tourist visa to go back China for 2 months and I have a sponsor in China. For my tourist visa application do I need to show bank certificate or not? And if so how much money am I required to show on that?

You don't need to show your bank certificate because it is the first time for you to go to China. The work visa on your previous passport or present passport is required.
