About:Shanghai Weather

i am wanting to visit shanghai to visit family, looking at coming in feb would i be better to avoid chinese new year or not, would the weather be better in march, although would love to see snow hence why thinking feb 2011

The weather will be warmer in March, but I don't think you need to avoid Chinese New Year, since that's the best time to enjoy Chinese culture. There is not much snow in Shanghai, it barely snows.
