I am applying for a visa to care for my aunt who is being treated of stage 4 stomach cancer. Fuda hospital sent me an invitation letter. I am a nurse worlking in UK and presently on a holiday. Aside from the invitation letter and valid passport, what are the other requirements I need to submit to get a visa.
