Do U have a draft on a invitation letter what we must get fm my agent in China.also if my agent is in Shanghai where can they get the visa notification form

Your agent in Shanghai can get the Visa Notification Form from Shanghai Foreign Affairs Office or Economic and Trade Bureau.
