About:Chinese Embassy in Indonesia

I heard China Embassy in Jakarta will be closed from Nov 05 th-10th, 2010
Is there any special event so you closed the office so long ?

It is true that the embassy in closed from Nov 5 to Nov 8 and Nov 10, but the embassy works on Nov 9. I get this news from Chinese visa application service center in Jakarta.

Is it only the Embassy or the visa application center as well that will be closed on particular date ?

the Visa Centre is still open to accept your lodging of visa applications. But the above mentioned days are counted as holidays instead of working days in the process, so that the due date of your application is accordingly adjusted to the date the embassy opens.
