About:How to Buy Tickets

I will soon move to Wuxi and will be working in Shanghai. I will catch a D or G train every day to and from work. Is it possible to buy a weekly or monthly or even quarterly ticket instead of buying a ticket every day? I know I can buy tickets up to 10 days in advance, so I guess I would always be assured of getting a ticket, but a weekly or monthly, etc, ticket in the West is much cheaper and it also gives the option of traveling on any train on a particular route or within a particular boundary. It's also far less bother than buying a ticket every day. is there such a system in China?
thanks

Only know that early in 2002, there are monthly tickets, season tickets and etc. published for the train from Nanjing to Shanghai. But it was lastly canceled due to low demand. Anyway, for the details about such tickets on Shanghai-Wuxi route, you would better consult at Shanghai Railway Stations.
