About:Shanghai Weather

Need info on Hotel under USD 50 with Western breakfast near the BUND/Nnajing rd shanghai.Also which bus do i take from Pudong airport to Nanjing road.
Thnx a lot for your quick answer.Any travel agent you recommend for the tour?
