About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi,I'm planning to travel soont to Zhuhai. I do confuse as some advice shows different info of visa on arrival.
1)As Malaysian, can I get SEZ visa on arraival in this November? Or because of special event, no visa will be issued till Janurary.
2)At Zhuhai, Gonbai border is the only plase but not other 2 borders?
3)SEZ visa on arrival at Zhuhai is 5days or 3days now?
4)After the theperiod 3or 5days, can I enter again paing another SEZ visa fee?
5)If would like to go to Kaiping, can I go holding with SEZ visa?

It's not related with visa but anyone kindly advise if Japanese is allowed to enter the boader.

1) You cannot get Shenzhen visa on arrival in November because of Asian Games
2) Gongbei border in Zhuhai is the only border to issue visa on arrival.
3) Shenzhen visa on arrival is valid for 5 days, Zhuhai visa on arrival is valid for 3 days
4) Yes, you can enter again by applying for a new Shenzhen visa
5) You cannot go to Kaiping by holding Shenzhen visa

Thank you very much for your info.
But I still do not get the schedule. I've chech a lots site and found the Asian Game ceremony was in October. Then why till Jan. China stop the visa on arrival service.....
I ment SEZ as special economic zone visa. And I guess anyway going to Kaiping need to apply visa in Malaysia at this moment...

The Asian Games is held in Guangzhou from 12th November to 27th November, but the visa policy will be returned to normal process in January. It's true that you need to apply for China visa in Malaysia for going to Kaiping.
