I need to check if the mobile number ( 11 digits) that i have been given is correct or if some digit is missing and how do call this mobile when calling from UK: 13524137712

This number is correct but the sim card show it show this number belongs to Shanghai. Or it is used in Hong Kong?!

Thx for your response, yes the number is from Shanghai, any suggestions as to how can one call this from UK, if i try 0086 and the number it doesn't work, if i try 008621 also it doesn't work.

No need to add 21. You can try +86 and the number. If it still doen't work, perhaps the number is not used or some other problems.
