About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Yes, I also have the same situation with Mr. Michael. I have a job and I would like to bring my GF to Guangzhou, China but she never have a job before. I am going to process our applications.

We have these documents in hand.

1. A copy of the round-trip plane ticket (both)
2. A valid passport (both)
3. An application form with 2x2 picture (both)
4. We have NBI clearance (both)
5. I have bank certificate (with 100k savings, nor my GF)
6. Notarized sponsorship letter
7. I have employment certificate (stated my salary Php 55,000.00 / month), company id, sss id (E1 form), ITR (2009)

I would like to ask if what other document should I present during my application to have 100% sure on getting a L-Visa.

You also need to provide TIN ID which is also required for employed persons. You have the complete documents, however, for your girlfriend, she doesn't have job, she can't provide the bank statement, I can only say that you can use the Notatized sponsorship letter to have a try, but it is not 100% sure to get a L visa, you know that f an individual will sponsor the trip, provide his bank certificate, sponsorship and invitation letter, copy of sponsor's valid residence visa and passport information page. You don't have the valid Chinese residence visa, you are not a qualified sponsor.

Ms.HELPER: Thanks for the reply. Could you please state the necessarry documents needed for my GF? Yes, I do have the TIN ID and SSD E1 Form only. I read all the requirements above and not requirements stated for this situation.
