About:China Work Visa

Hi,

My wife is a Chinese.I am currently holding a 1 year multiple entry residence permit(spouse visa).

I am currently in Beijing.I have got an offer from a big IT multinational(over 10,000 employees in China).I have 1.5 years work experience(Master Degree in IT).

I heard now a days Chinese Government requires minimum 2 years working experience for a Z visa.

I wonder if the company can manage to get my visa(As they have promised).

Thanks

Not really, as least I never see such notice from any official site. If your company can manage the work permit for you as they promised, you can apply for a work visa to China. As you said, your company is qualified to hire so many people in China, and with your degree and work experience, it is not a problem, so don't worry.
