I will be in Beijing on 30.apr-3may, 201.how’s the weather at that time. Where is the cheapest place to buy silk clothes?

If the weather is fine, T-shirt and a thin coat are ok.. Generally, the temperature is 25 degrees or so. For silk clothes, it should be Xiushui Jie, very hot place during the Olympics.
