You can take bus 629 back from Ocean Park to Admiralty. Take bus 15 at Admiralty Road to the top of the Peak. Then you can take the same bus back to Central Pier. Take Star Ferry to Tsim Tsui Tsui. Then bak to Mongkok by bus or MTR. Suggest you leave Ocean Park earlier that day to watch the Symphony of Light on the ferry on 8pm or the Avenue of Stars.

You'd better leave from Ocean Park earlier to the Peak, thus you can catch the Symphony of lights at 08:00. You can take Bus 629 to Admiralty Station or Central Station and then take Bus or the Peak Tram to the Peak. When finish visiting the Peak, you can take Bus 1 to Central and take Star Ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui. After arriving, you can walk to Avenue of Stars and then watch the Symphony of Lights show, at last, you can take MTR to Mong Kok to your hotel.
