Where can I get t/c fabric industries in Shandong and how can I get there from shanghai

There are many fabric factories in many cities in Shandong such as Dongying,Jimo, Changyi, Zhucheng, Haiyang, etc. , you can take train from Shanghai to Jinan first and then take bus to the city you want to go.
