How wide is the wall? And how many people died creating it?

The fortress is about 10-15 meters wide and the wall's width is different. 2-3 meters wide in some part or wider in other part. As to the people died of ceating the Great Wall, I should say, the Wall was not built in a short period and countless people died of this.
