About:China Student Visa

Hi ,
I want to apply for a work visa but i do not have an employer so
is it possible to apply for a resident permit while out side of china in order to stay and work in china?

Mr.morris Kamara, it is impossible for a foreigner to apply for a residence permit outside of China and work in China.
