About:Embassy & Consulate of South Africa in China

I am from south africa and have come to china to study, i arrived on an L visa, i have been given admission to study as well as my JW202 form, however i have now been informed that i must have an X visa and the university is suggesting that i return back to South Africa to apply for the x visa in my home country, this is however not that easy for me to do as it is a great expense which i cannot afford. Please someone try and help me i am desperate.

Maybe you can try to send back your application and all required documents to South Africa, let your family handle this for you if they do not require an interview. And then enter China from HK or wherelse.
