About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

hi i want to know is, in english medium mbbs course..if a student is getting highest marks in all the subjects but not in chinese then also he/she can qualify for the chinese govt scholarship or it is neccessary to be good in chinese too

Yes, he/she can qualify. Most courses are teached in Chinese for bachelor's degree. So, you have study language for one year before the univeristy courses if your Chinese doesn't reach the standard.
