You can take Bus A21 to Sino Centre, Nathan Road and walk to your hotel.

If you want to take MTR, you can take it from MTR Airport Station - Passenger Terminal and transfer at MTR Tsing Yi Station. Then get off at MTR Mong Kok Station - E2 and walk to Shantung Street, you will see the hotel.
