Hi, Ms Sen, It seems to much for your first day. I suggest, take MTR from TST to Central, then walk to the Peak Tram lower terminus. Then back to Central. Take bus 6 or 6A or 260 at Central Exchange Square bus terminus to Stanley Market which all pass through Repulse Bay. Then back to Central. Take MYT to Yau Ma Tei directly to the temple street.
In Day 2, those places are in New Territory, Howloon City, and Hong Kong Island, to scattered. Suggest you find their location in the map and rearrange them.
Day 3, you can take Tsuen Wan MTR Line from TST to Lai King. Then change to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung. Then get out the metro station to take cable or Lantau Bus 23 to Ngong Ping. Ngong Ping 360 Cable is more expensive then the bus, but provide better view. You will arrive in Ngong Ping Bazaar. Then walk a few minutes to see the Big Baddha and Po Lin Monastery. Then take the same bus or cable back to Tung Chung. Shift to MTR again to Sunny Bay. There is disney special MTR line to Disneyland.
Day 4, take MTR from TST to Admiralty, only one stop. Then leave from Exit B to take bus 629 to Ocean Park directly.
