About:China Embassy in Thailand

hi ,
I'll like to know , if will be possible for me , get hong kong visa in thailand? i got congo passport, if u will be possible how to do ?

You can apply for a China visa in Thailand if you have resident permit or work permit there, otherwise, you need to apply for it in the place where you reside.
