About:China Customs Declaration

hi, i just bought a new iphone 4 for 4 pieces,
and the seller will send the item directly using EMS (from Thailand)
is that any tax? or i just received the item without tax?

I think you may have to pay for the taxi and the tax rate is 150RMB for each one. There is another possibility that your box will not checked and open by the custom. Try your luck. So, better to mail them seperately and do not tell EMS it is Iphone.

If you have to pay for the tax, the custom will entrust the post office to give your a notice, telling you where to pay for the taxi and get your parcel.
