About:China Customs Declaration

hi there, if I bring USED D-SLR camera like Canon 7D, and a Netbook (both item's value will exceed 2000RMB) for personal use in China for example. Do I have to declare it, and pay tax? If there's no tax for personal use, how do I prove it? Thanks

No need to declare and no tax if the netbook is not Ipad.
