About:Guangzhou East Railway Station

Which process should same my money and time to go from Gunagzhou to Ningbo? Is it by train or by plain? If train then which railway station is perfect for me in guangzhou.

There is only one train K219/K211 departing from Guangzhou Railway Station to Ningbo everyday, taking about 23 hours on the way. The ticket fare is CNY570/soft-sleeper and CNY370/hard-sleeper.
