About:Taiwan Weather

Hi

I'm planning to go Taiwan during Chinese New Year, 2 Feb 2011 onwards.. Is it a good time to go? Afraid that shops are closed during that period.

It will be a little cold and rain at that time, but the stores won't close, that's a good chance to experience the Spring Festival Culture.
