Please confirm we can purchase Shanghai-Beijing Soft Sleeper tickets at any major train station in Shanghai. Do they accept credit cards at the ticket booth? If we plan to depart Shanghai on November 17, when can we purchase tickets?Thank you!

Yes, you can buy the tickets for Shanghai-Beijing at any major train station in Shanghai. And only some windows at Shanghai Railway Station and South Train station accept credit cards payment. Thus, you would better carry cash with you for tickets purchase. And train tickets are usually on sale around 10 days before the departure date.
