Hi..i am a director of a company and we import steel products from China. when i apply for a business mutyple entry visa, embassy in Sri Lanka wants me to present Original Visa NOTIFICATION LETTER from the relevant authorities in china. Please advise me, 1. from whom i can get this letter?2. scaned copy of the letter is enogh?3. how long it takes to prepare this letter?waiting for your advise,thkxNaveen

1. your supplier in China need to apply for the visa notification letter for you, which is issued by Bureau of Economy and Commerce2. scanned copy of this letter is not recognized, original letter is required 3. it takes one week to get this letter.
