About:China Customs Declaration

Wow, i never knew there was taxes on ipods and laptops. Is this a new law or somthing? because i been to china a few times, and i brought both my laptop and ipod without paying taxes

It seems to be a new law in asince a couple of months ago, only for Ipad, Ipod and Iphone.
