You can apply for a China Tourist Visa for your daughter, after entering China on L visa, go to the local Exit & Enter Department under Public Security Bureau to apply for Temporary Residence Permit for Family Visit, generally, this permit is valid for 1 year, her birth certificate, her mother's passport, your parent-in-law's Id card and household registration are required for the application of Temporary Residence Permit
