1. It costs more than HKD200 to take taxi from airport to Tsim Sha Tsui. You can have dinner at some restaurant along the street, you can also go directly to Temple Street, there are many local snacks restaurants. Ladies Street is for shopping and Temple Street is for food.
2. Tram Station is a little far away from Admiralty Station, better take bus to Central Station. There are many restaurants along the streets, and also there is some shopping malls around this area.
3. There is a food street in Venetian Macau. You can have dinner there. I think the places you mentioned is fine for a one day trip, if add more to it, you trip will be in much a hurry.
4. You can take Bus 1 from Park Hotel to Kowloon Walled City Park.
5. To Causeway Bay, you can take both tram or MTR. To the Zoo, you can take tram or MTR to Central Station and then walk there.
6. To Disneyland, better take MTR to Disney Resort Station. There are restaurants at Tung Chung, surely you'll have place for lunch.
7. You should arrive at the airport 2 hours before flight departure, and it takes around 30-40 mintues from Disneyland to HKIA. If you have a group of people, taking taxi would be a good choice.
