About:China Visa Exemption

Dear Ms. helper.

Thx for your help.Being a US citizen I also have a PIO card 'Person Of Indian Origin' issued by the govt. of India. which gives the holder all the civil rights enjoyed by any Indian citizen other than 'right to vote'. Will this be sufficient to apply for a visit visa here at the Chinese embassy in New Delhi.

Best

You can have a try to apply for China tourist visa at Chinese embassy in New Delhi by using your PIO card, however, I guess it is not sufficient because it can't prove that you live in India for a long time. The India work permit or residence permit is sufficient.
