Planning a trip down to Zhangjiajie. Please advice weather during the month May and July.

weather in Zhanjiajie between sept thru april is rain rain rain per tour guide. we were there in october and rained 5 days out 5 days we were there. The guide said only times they have clear days
are may thre auguest. However the mountains are beautiful.0

Hi, the average temperature is usually about 17-31C in May and June. It may rain sometime. You can wear summer clothing plus one long-sleeved T-shirt. Remember to bring an umbrella with you. It is the peak time to visit Zhangjiajie.0
