Hi! I'm a student currently in Hefei and my friend and I (2 girls who can speak and read Chinese) are planning to go to Huangshan over the weekend to tuesday (4D3N) Looking at all the comments, seems like bus is the best way to get there! Is the weather now good to see the scenary in Huangshan? I hear varying comments from the locals that we might not see the sea of clouds etc. Is it advisable for us to go without a tour package? cost is a concern for us! I'm also confused by the many attractions atop of Huangshan as well as in the area. Some advice or recommendations on where to go?Help would be very much appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Hi, you are right that bus is the best way to get there. The weather is suitable to visit Huangshan during your travel time. However, the temperature differs much in day and night. You'd better take warm jacket in case it is cold on the mountain. You may see the sea of clouds, but may not so thick. Oh, I think join a tour package would be more safe and convenient.
