About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Hello,
I am living in Belgium as a PhD student though my residence expires on Oct 30th this year. I was invited to give 2 courses in Wuhan and Beijing respectively in the week of Nov15-Nov23. I have an invitation letter. What shall I do? Tickets (to be bought this weekend) and expenses (hotel) will be bought/paid by the company in China inviting me (BC-Biostat Co. Ltd located in the Chao Yang District area, Beijing).
What steps should I follow?
Thanks in advance,

I'm afraid that you can't get a China visa in Belgium because your Residence expires on October 30, 2010, the consular office will deny your application.
