About:Entry Regulations of China

Hey,
i will be moving to china for 6 months shortly and plan on buying things such as an ipad, camera, laptop, etc... whilst im there and bring them back with me, will there be any problem with me bringing them back? any fees to be paid?

I think it will be okay and if you buy them in China and leave then get back to China with those things, declare them while leaving China first time.
