About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am planning to participate in an International Conference on Nanotechnology in Chengdu, China on December 18-19 2010. This conference is jointly organized by Singapore Institute of Electronics and IEEE and Sichuan Institute of Electronics, University of Electronics Science and Technology of China.
I have got a letter of invitation issued by the Singapore counterpart, who is the Chairman of the conference. He is based in Singapore.

Is this letter of invitation is sufficient for me to get the visa to China (along with other necessary documents such as passports etc.
OR do you need a letter from the Chinese orgaisers ?

Will a copy of the letter sent by e-mail is sufficient OR do you want the original ?
Do you also want a Visa Notification form ? What is that ?
This is my 5th visit to China. I went to Wuhan last April for a conference.
Please advise me soon.

Thank you

The invitation letter issued by the Singapore counterpart is not sufficient for visa application, you need an original invitation letter from the Chinese organizor and a Visa Notification Form, the letter send by email is not accepted.
