helo il be in guanzhou in november and il be staying at guan hua hotel
is it near baima, fuli, kids clothe market,balu

If you are at Guan Hua Hotel which is in Huangpu District, this hotel is far from the markets you have mentioned, but there is another hotel, called Guang Hua Hotel, is very close to Guangzhou Railway Station, also very close to Baima Market.
