Hai,I'll be in Guangzhou by next week. If my hotel is around Zhanqian Road, is there any shopping place around there. Where to buy the good quality of the Handphone with reasonable price and how to go there. Normally, the seller will install the GPS system or we should ask them to install it? How I can bargain with seller and how many percet normally the can reduce the price.

Place for cellphone is at Tianhe area, you can take subway to there, near Tiyu Xilu Subway Station. Some cellphones has the GPS system but some don't, you can choose the ones with the system to buy. I think you can bargain with them at least 30% off.
